Policy Statement

The Company and Staff have accepted the responsibility and committed themselves to the implementation and maintenance of a cost effective Quality Management System to ensure they supply products and provide services which consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. The Quality system meets the requirements of: ISO9001-2000 Business Management Systems.

Our business quality policy is directed towards achieving these objectives:

• To provide customers with such a high level of confidence in our services, that these are preferred and used.
• To ensure that customer satisfaction is obtained by continual system and service improvement and to meet all contractual requirements as agreed between our customers and us.
• To improve communication and develop effective co-ordination throughout our organisation.
• To increase quality awareness within the organisation and encourage our staff to apply these principles of total quality management at all times in order to benefit our customers.
• To contribute and achieve the profit and strategic objectives of the organisation.

The Organisation's Management is responsible and accountable for quality and efficiency within their departments and must reach agreement on the proper extent of the functions to be established in each operation. Through the leadership of the ISO/HACCP council, we ensure that all our employees become responsible for quality. We know that only through our people participation will we be able to achieve our objectives.
